  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on stock availability and your location.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will receive tracking information (if available) once the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Currently, Vira Outlet ships primarily within the UK.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless defective.

  • Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

  • Vira Outlet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit after they have been handed over to the courier.
